It is not affiliated with any official Human Design organization; it is an independent studio focused on making the system's mechanics accessible and precise.
The chart engine
Every chart on this site is calculated by an engine built on Swiss Ephemeris planetary data — the same astronomical standard used by professional astrology software. The engine applies the standard 88-degree solar arc for the Design calculation and resolves birth locations through IANA time zones with historical daylight-saving tables. The same engine powers the free web calculator and the public REST API, so what you see in the browser matches every downstream output exactly.
Who runs it
Human Design Core is operated by a solo developer-practitioner — one person who both writes the software and lives the Human Design experiment. That combination shapes everything here: the calculations are held to engineering standards, and the interpretations are written from practice, not paraphrased from marketing copy. The Korean and Japanese editions are native readings, culturally adapted rather than machine-translated.
Principles
- Free at the core. The full BodyGraph — Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile, all 9 Centers, 64 Gates, 36 Channels, Incarnation Cross — costs nothing and requires no signup.
- Accuracy first. Swiss Ephemeris astronomy, minute-precise birth-time handling, and one engine for every surface.
- Privacy by default. Birth data is never sold or used for marketing, and charts are not stored unless you create an account.
- System-faithful, not dogmatic. Human Design is presented as an experiment to test, not a belief system to adopt.
