No, and the reason is definitional rather than a matter of rarity: a Manifestor is a chart with an undefined Sacral and a motor connected to the Throat. If the Sacral were defined, the same chart would be a Manifesting Generator instead. Manifestors therefore have Emotional, Splenic, or Ego Authority — whichever of those centers is defined, in that order.
This is a useful check when a chart calculator or a description seems to contradict itself. Type and Authority are not independent labels; Authority is derived from the same center definitions that produce the Type, so certain combinations simply cannot occur. A Reflector can only have Lunar Authority. A Generator can never have Ego or Self-Projected Authority, because a defined Sacral outranks both.
