What's the difference between a Manifestor and a Manifesting Generator?
The deciding factor is the Sacral Center. A Manifestor has no defined Sacral, so their Strategy is to Inform before acting on their own initiative. A Manifesting Generator has a defined Sacral plus a motor connected directly to the Throat, so their Strategy is to Respond first, then Inform — they need something to respond to, but can then move with Manifestor-like speed.
Manifestors are the only Type designed to initiate independently — historically the kings and catalysts who set things in motion. Manifesting Generators, by contrast, still need to wait for something to respond to; what makes them look Manifestor-like is the direct motor-to-Throat connection that lets them skip steps and act fast once the Sacral has responded.
If your chart isn't clear, look for a colored channel running from a motor center (Sacral, Heart, Solar Plexus, or Root) all the way to the Throat — that connection, combined with a defined Sacral, is what makes you a Manifesting Generator rather than a pure Manifestor.
