How do I know if my Sacral center is defined?
Look at the square directly below the G center in the middle of your BodyGraph: if it's filled with color, your Sacral is defined; if it's white, it's undefined. Defined means at least one of the nine Sacral channels is fully activated on both ends. It's the single most consequential check on the chart, because a defined Sacral makes you a Generator or Manifesting Generator and an undefined one makes you a Projector, Manifestor, or Reflector.
A defined Sacral is a motor that regenerates overnight and is built to be used up during the day — which is why Generators feel best going to bed genuinely tired. It also produces the gut response, the non-verbal uh-huh / uh-uh that Sacral Authority listens for.
An undefined Sacral doesn't mean low energy across the board; it means the energy isn't self-generated and shouldn't be paced against people who do generate it. Absorbing a defined-Sacral partner's or colleague's rhythm is one of the most common forms of conditioning, and it usually shows up as exhaustion that rest doesn't quite fix.

- No. If your Solar Plexus is also defined, the emotional wave outranks the Sacral and your Authority is Emotional.
