Which Human Design types can have Emotional Authority?
Four of the five Types can: Generators, Manifesting Generators, Manifestors, and Projectors all have Emotional Authority whenever their Solar Plexus is defined, because a defined Solar Plexus outranks every other center in the Authority hierarchy. Reflectors never can — all nine of their centers are undefined by definition, which is what gives them Lunar Authority instead.
Emotional Authority is the most common Authority precisely because it sits at the top of the hierarchy: it doesn't matter what else is defined, a defined Solar Plexus decides. That's why a Generator with a defined Solar Plexus is not a Sacral Authority, even though the Sacral is defined too.
